Our Regional portfolio has a broad UK footprint covering a range of sectors and opportunities, from well-known retail and leisure destinations, to business parks and a strategic land portfolio with significant long-term development potential. 

We’re always looking for ways to improve our properties and places, and create lasting value. Our activities focus on where we can best support national interests, such as economic growth and house, and the needs of local people.  

And we’re committed to our places being important hubs in their local communities, bringing employment opportunities, as well as enhanced green spaces and nature-sensitive approaches to development. 

The portfolio includes 17 retail and leisure destinations covering over five million sq ft of space in city centres and out-of-town locations across England. With an estimated 100 million visits each year, they include Fosse Park in Leicester, Rushden Lakes in Northamptonshire, and joint ventures at Princesshay in Exeter, Westgate in Oxford and Crown Point in Leeds.
